What a great product if you need to adjust your handheld shower head. We have a guest shower and the spout is like 5 inches from the ceiling so any head is waaayyy too high - I searched and searched. I do not know why "big retail" does not carry this ingenious item. Their product is an extender which limits your shower space. It is difficult for some to reach the handheld. This is the perfect resolution, as I am sure it is for taller people too.
