Item is just as described. It is made to fit a range of different brand shower heads. Unfortunately, that means it fits very loosely on the hook for my Waterpik shower head to the point where it flops around a little and can fall out if we aren’t careful. Additionally, the part at the top that goes into the original hook isn’t a complete cylinder and is attached to the flat part of the item for the full length (probably for added strength). While a stronger item is a good thing, it also means there’s no option to add something like an O-ring for a more sturdy fit. Even with the loose fit for our particular shower head setup, the item remains usable and helps the vertically challenged member of the household.
No problems at all with communication from seller or shipping.

The design of this shower head adjuster is brilliant and is of excellent quality. I just had the bathroom remodeled and replaced the tub with a Sterling walk in shower. The shower arm was placed at the typical height of 80-85” above the floor. With the Delta stationary shower head, the height was perfect as there was not an increase in height. However, when it was replaced with a Delta ProClean hand-held shower head, the height of the head was increased by 9-10” over the stationary. It made it difficult to remove the hand-held plus resulted in over spray. Searched quite a while for a solution that would allow me to keep the hand-held……finally found a reference for the adjuster and it solved the problems!
