Behind the Scenes: How Your Order Gets Printed

3D printer in action printing a part

Every order starts as a 3D model, sliced and queued on one of our printers. We check bed adhesion on the first layer, then let the printer run — usually a few hours depending on the part.

Once printing finishes, every piece is inspected by hand: layer adhesion, dimensional accuracy, surface finish. Anything that doesn’t meet spec gets reprinted, not shipped.

Supports are removed, edges are cleaned up, and the part is test-fit against its intended use before it goes in a box. That’s the difference between a downloaded model someone printed once and a product we’ve engineered to actually work.

Packed parts ship within 72 hours of the order landing, with tracking sent the moment the label prints.
